We publish across fiction, nonfiction, children’s, and illustrated books. Our list is intentionally eclectic: we love ideas with a clear promise to readers and authors who care about the craft.

Got a manuscript? Half a manuscript? Just an idea scribbled on a napkin? Perfect—we’ll turn it into a book. We edit like surgeons, design like rockstars, and publish like we mean it. Distribution? Done. Ghostwriting? We’ll lend you our ghosts—they type quietly and never demand royalties. Welcome to Eliot and Dylan.
Our promise is simple: clarity, quality, and care. We offer a clean path from draft to bookstore shelf, powered by honest communication, transparent pricing, and professionals who refuse to ghost you (unless the book demands it). We’re the team you text when a comma keeps you up at night.
We build books for humans, not algorithms. That means timelines you can understand, milestones you can celebrate, and creative control you keep. We will challenge your ideas, defend your readers, and protect your voice. We like deadlines, clean files, and rejoicing over a well‑placed em dash.
Led by a Builder of Brands: Dr. Jeffrey O
Eliot and Dylan Books is led by Founder & CEO, Dr. Jeffrey O, a globally-recognized business leader, educator, leadership coach, public speaker, and author. He has led organizations and initiatives around education, hospitality, luxury branding, and executive coaching. He’s known for frameworks that make ambitious goals feel practical, and for a leadership approach rooted in clarity, integrity, and results. That ethos informs our publishing: focused, organized, and relentlessly helpful. After successfully publishing several books, his mission is to help other authors get published by simplifying the process.

Authors deserve transparent proposals, reliable timelines, and creative control.
Editing should be rigorous and kind. Design should be purposeful and striking.
Distribution should be global, metadata should be clean, and marketing should be measurable (and humane).
